Christopher Dutton (former Project Coordinator for the USAID-funded Transboundary Water for Biodiversity and Human Health in the Mara River Basin Project &#8211; TWB MRB) will present an overview of the Arduino platform and provide real world, relevant examples of how these devices can be used to study a range of environmental research topics. The Arduino platform is built around a microcontroller that can directly interface with many low-cost, commercially available sensors.
